Can I get a refund?
Digital products (Single Reports) are non-refundable once delivered, since you've already received the value. For Pro subscriptions, we offer a 7-day refund window if you haven't downloaded a report — just email us.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe Checkout. All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link are supported. We never see or store your card.
Is my data private?
Yes. We never sell your data. We collect only your email and the scores you input. You can export everything as JSON or delete your account at any time. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
Do you offer discounts for IMGs / students?
Pro is already priced as low as we can sustainably go. We periodically run discounts during USMLE peak seasons — subscribe to our newsletter to get notified.
Can I upgrade from Single Report to Pro?
Yes. The amount you paid for the Single Report ($14.99) is credited toward your first Pro month. Just email us within 30 days of your Single Report purchase.
What happens after I cancel Pro?
You keep full access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your dashboard switches to read-only mode — past predictions stay viewable, but no new ones can be created.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you see is the total price. No transaction fees, no setup fees, no upgrade fees. Stripe handles all currency conversion at market rates.
